Terms of Use
Last updated 7 September 2026.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Zero1, provided by Nostradamus Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to the Trading & Risk Disclosure, which is part of this agreement.
2. What the service is
Zero1 is automated trading software.
You connect your own Coinbase account, choose an agent, and set the capital and limits it operates within.
Once you activate an agent, it places orders on your connected account automatically, within the limits you set, without requiring your approval of each individual order.
Zero1 does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
It does not know your financial situation and does not evaluate what is suitable for it.
Choosing an agent and setting its limits are your decisions.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information to create an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, including any agent you activate and any limits you set for it.
4. Connecting your Coinbase account
Zero1 trades through a connection you create to your own Coinbase account.
Zero1 does not hold your funds.
Your assets remain in your own Coinbase account at all times.
Zero1 never takes custody of them, and the connection it asks you to create cannot withdraw funds or move them off Coinbase.
You can revoke this connection at any time, which stops any agent from placing further orders on it.
5. Authorizing automated trading
You authorize automated trading by connecting an account, choosing an agent, setting or accepting its capital allocation and operating limits, and explicitly activating it. An agent operates only within the limits you authorized; changing those limits requires your renewed acknowledgment. Zero1 does not expand an agent's authority, allocation, or permissions on its own.
6. Your control over the service
You choose which agent to run, how much capital it may use, and the limits it operates under.
Nothing trades until you connect an account and explicitly activate an agent.
You can pause, stop, or reduce the allocation of any agent at any time, inspect its current limits, and revoke your Coinbase connection.
These controls take effect operationally, not only as a request logged for later action.
7. Trading risk
Trading involves risk of loss.
Automated trading can lose money, prices move quickly, and the software can be wrong.
You are responsible for the capital in any account you connect and any agent you activate.
Demo mode, backtests, historical results and simulated results do not guarantee, and do not reliably predict, what an agent will do with real money.
They are useful for evaluating an agent before committing capital, not a forecast of future performance.
The full disclosure is at Trading & Risk Disclosure.
8. Technology limitations
Zero1 depends on Coinbase and other third-party infrastructure it does not control.
Coinbase outages, network issues, delays or errors can delay or prevent an order from being placed, changed, or reported back accurately.
Zero1 is not responsible for interruptions at Coinbase or elsewhere outside its own systems.
Zero1 is provided on an "as is" basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Prohibited use
You may not:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Coinbase's own terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to another customer's account, connection, or funds;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service;
- reverse engineer the service to extract its underlying methodology or source code.
10. Termination
You may stop using Zero1 at any time by pausing or retiring your agents, revoking your Coinbase connection, and closing your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, poses a security risk, or is required by law. Termination does not undo trades already placed on your Coinbase account before it took effect.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Zero1 is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nostradamus Solutions LLC is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes that expand what an agent may do or what you are agreeing to will be presented for renewed acknowledgment rather than taking effect silently. Continuing to use Zero1 after a non-material update constitutes acceptance of it.
13. Fees
Zero1 plans are billed at the price shown when you subscribe, monthly or yearly, and you can change or cancel at any time. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for rather than cutting off capacity mid-cycle.
Zero1 Partner is 0.1% of volume, from $500,000 a month. It is not a monthly subscription. It opens once your account's trading in a month reaches that amount. Cancelling returns you to Core.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through your account's support channel.
