ZERO1 is fully remote. Our team works from anywhere in the US and keeps its own hours, focused on outcomes, not time in a seat. We work asynchronously and meet virtually when needed. Founder-led and based in Miami.

Engagement: Commission-only independent contractor
Where: Remote in the US
Time: About 10–15 hours a week
The work: Find and book qualified calls with prospective users for the founder.
Pay: 20% of first-year subscription revenue from customers you source, plus first shot at a lead sales role with equity.
